Your wheel is your brand. With Wheel Studio, Creator plan users can transform a plain spin wheel into a stunning visual experience that reflects their personality, aesthetic, and audience. Every element is customizable — and AI can generate assets for you on the spot.
The background is the canvas behind your wheel. You have five options:
The AI background generator understands prompts like "sunset over a neon city" or "deep ocean with bioluminescent particles" and produces a background image in seconds.
This is where your wheel gets its personality:
Skin Art — Upload a custom image (PNG with a transparent background works best) that appears as an overlay on the wheel face. The skin uses an overhang effect, bleeding slightly beyond the rim for a premium look. The AI skin generator is excellent — try prompts like "neon cyberpunk robot, transparent background, circular emblem" or "tropical flowers, flat illustration style."
Segment Colours — Set individual colours for each wheel segment, or use a colour palette generator to create a harmonious scheme.
Rim — Adjust rim thickness and add an inner shadow for depth.
Notch / Pointer — Upload a custom pointer icon or generate one with AI. The notch is the small indicator at the top of the wheel that marks the winning segment.
Spin Button — Customise the central spin button with your own icon, colour, and glow effect.
Ambient Particles — Add floating particle effects around the wheel: stars, confetti, fire, snowflakes, and more. Set density and animation speed.
Style your action buttons — "Accept Quest," "Pass," and "Spin Again" — with your brand colours, font weight, and border radius. Perfect for creators who want the entire experience to feel cohesive.
The Studio includes a preview toggle so you can switch between the desktop view and mobile view without leaving the editor. Since most SpinQuest users spin on their phones, always check the mobile preview before publishing.
AI generation is available in every Studio tab. The AI understands context — if your wheel is a fitness challenge wheel, prompts like "athletic energy, dynamic motion blur" produce relevant art. Every AI-generated asset costs AI credits, so use the regenerate button when you want variations rather than starting fresh.
Wheel Studio is available exclusively on the Creator plan. Once you publish a themed wheel, it's visible to anyone who visits your public profile — making it one of the most powerful ways to stand out in the SpinQuest community.
